Audience: Potential prospects/family members of potential prospects considering moving their loved ones or themselves into University House Issaquah.
Challenge: Prospects may be reluctant to visit a care facility in person at first, so our goal was to find a way to reach them at home and help ease their mind of any questions before coming in for a physical tour.
